SCHOLARSHIPS/GRANTS
The following organizations provide scholarship, money or other types of financial assistance that you may qualify for. Funds that these organizations provide are often sufficient to cover the total cost of your program at New Destiny Health Career Center.

STATE OF MARYLAND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT (WIOA)
You can apply for Workforce Development financial assistance from any Maryland County to attend New Destiny Health Career Center.
New Destiny Health Career Center is approved and listed on the Maryland Department of Labor’s website as qualified to train students under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). You may apply in the city or county where you reside – Maryland American Job Centers.
CENTRAL SCHOLARSHIP
Central Scholarship helps determined Maryland students build better lives and fulfilling careers by providing crucial support enabling them to complete an accredited college degree or career-training program.
Scholarship recipients are selected through an online application process. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis each month (for example, an applicant that submitted between January 1 and January 31 will receive a decision by February 28). Finalists are contacted by email with further instructions.
MY CAREER ADVANCEMENT ACCOUNT (MyCAA)
The My Career Advancement Account, or MyCAA, is a scholarship program sponsored by the Department of Defense. MyCAA provides up to $4,000 of financial assistance to help military spouses pursue career educational opportunities including licenses and certifications.
